1. How often do you scoop the yard?
Choose the plan that works best for you: weekly, every two weeks, monthly, twice a week, or one-time clean-ups. We’ll visit as per your subscription schedule—easy and reliable service, hassle-free.
2. Is there an initial cleanup or setup fee?
Nope! Your first scoop is free when you sign up for a recurring subscription. This visit is also a great time for us to meet you and your dogs—so everyone is comfortable from day one.
3. Do I need to be home during service?
Not at all! Just make sure your gate is unlocked on service days, and our team will do the rest.
4. What if my gate is locked or a dog is aggressive?
We’ll contact you if we can’t access the yard. A missed-visit fee may apply if no alternate access is arranged. For dog safety, please keep any aggressive pets indoors during our visit.
5. What happens when the weather is bad?
We operate year-round! If waste is snow-covered or visibility is low, we’ll delay service by a day. Severe weather or alert warnings will also cause a slight delay. We’ll always prioritize your yard’s cleanliness and safety. Snow or excessive leaves may limit visibility; we will clean what is accessible and resume full service when conditions clear.
6. Do you disinfect your tools?
Absolutely. We sanitize our scoops, buckets, and even footwear between visits to minimize germs and protect your family—and ours.
7. Can you work with my dog in the yard?
Yes—as long as it’s safe. Ideally, dogs step inside during service. If that’s not possible, calm, familiar pets are fine. Please notify us about any unique behaviors so we can prepare.
8. Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?
Yes! We carry general liability insurance and are fully bonded for your peace of mind.
9. Do you guarantee your work?
If you’re ever unhappy with a scoop, we’ll come back free of charge within 24 hours to make it right.
10. How do I pay?
We use Sweep&Go, a secure platform powered by Stripe for encrypted, PCI-compliant billing.
